Defective Product Returns:
The Dart Shop guarantees all products that we sell. If the wrong product is received or product is damaged in shipping, The Dart Shop will send new/correct product or accept product return for full refund. Please include invoice or invoice number.
Non-Defective Product Returns:
If the product is being returned for no fault of The Dart Shop, i.e. any new, unused or unwanted product, products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. These products must be in the original box / packaging, be unused and in like NEW condition. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please include invoice or invoice number. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for non-defective product returns.
